WinZip 18 does not support Windows XP
As explained in the Windows lifecycle fact sheet, extended support for Windows XP will end on April 8, 2014. WinZip also discontinues supporting Windows versions as their life cycle ends. In this instance, WinZip is ending its support ahead of schedule, as WinZip 18 will not install or work on Windows XP. This also applies to Windows Server 2003, which would be the server equivalent of Windows XP. If you have any questions about this information please emailTechnical Support.
