如何確認SMLD是成功安裝的？

適用產品版本：ScanMail for Lotus Domino – 3.0 Windows

適用作業系統：SP 6a; Windows NT 4.0; Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition; Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition; Windows 2000 Server

解決方案：

1. 確認以下的WINDOWS程序：

點選開始→程式集→Trend Micro ScanMail for Lotus Domino 有以下的程式

● ScanMail for Domino 3.0 ReadMe

● Uninstall Trend Micro ScanMail for Lotus Domino 3.0

2. 確認程序和資料庫的檔案：

a. 程式檔案會建立在DOMINO資料夾中 (C:/Lotus/Domino):

● nSMDemf.exe (EMFilter)

● nSMDreal.exe (Real-time Scanner Task)

● nSMDSch.exe (Scheduler Task)

● nSMDMon.exe (Monitor Task)

● nSMDDBS.exe (Scheduled and Manual Scanner Task)

● nSMDSUPP.exe (Support Information Collector)

● nSMDupd.exe (Update Task)

b. SMLD的資料庫檔案是建立在NOTES的資料夾中 (C:/Lotus/Domino/data/SMD):

● SMconf.nsf (Configuration database)

● SMency.nsf (Update Database)

● SMquar.nsf (Quarantine Database)

● SMVlog.nsf (Log database)

● SMtime.nsf (Delay database)

● smdapproved.nsf (Approved database)

● SMFtypes.nsf (File Types Database)

● SMmsg.nsf (Console Message database)

● SMhelp.nsf (Help database)

3. 確認在NOTES.INI

SMLD 的工作會增加在SERVERTASKS 的最後一行 SMDemf, SMDreal, SMDs

另外還會增加以下的訊息在ExtMgr_Addins

ExtMgr_Addins=SMDext,SMDext

● The SMStopMail=0 variable is added.

● ScanMailInstallPath= {InstallPath} where {InstallPath} is the path where ScanMail was installed.

4. 確認以下的註冊碼：

● HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\ScanMail for Domino hive

● HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\ScanMail for Domino\CurrentVersion hive
