根據微軟 Azure  技術支援原則,從 2015/1 2 起,若 Azure 的客戶目前沒有採購任何 Azure 技術支援服務合約,在 2016/12/31 之前,可以透過 Microsoft Azure Billing contract 建立技術問題,到時 Azure 的技術支援團隊就可以協助您

The following benefit is Only apply to never purchased Azure Support Contract subscriptions, and the case Severity is C.

Azure Basic Support is a pilot program extended to a limited number of Azure accounts in an effort to improve Azure Support Services. As a part of the pilot, Microsoft has added incremental technical support coverage for your Azure subscriptions:

Limitations:

Azure Basic support is a short term pilot program available through June 30 2016, It covers most technical issues related to Azure platform services. Problems arising from third party applications or customer solutions are not included within the scope of Azure Basic Support.

1. Connect to Azure Portal to create a billing case

2. You can ask to enable your basic support pilot contract and describe your technical issue, the Azure Billing Support will help to enable your Support contract and create a technical ticket to Azure Technical Support team.

3. When you receive the noticed from Azure billing team and confirmed your Basic Pilot contract is ready. Then you can create a technical incident from Azure Portal directly:
