O365 Skype for Business online 在一般網路環境運行並沒有問題，透過VPN網路會有影響。
官方文件有說明：透過 VPN 會導致封包遺失與延遲造成服務降級。
Sending this traffic over the VPN tunnel adds an extra layer of encryption, and additional network hops between the client and Office 365, both of which can result in a degraded session because it increases jitter, packet loss and latency.
