若升級管理中心至10.4.343 版本後無法開啟管理中心於事件紀錄簿中出現以下錯誤訊息:

無法執行服務 “kladminserver”。#1950 (325) Generic db error: “325 ‘{42000} Incorrect syntax near ‘PIVOT’. You may need to set the compatibility level of the current database to a higher value to enable this feature. See help for the SET COMPATIBILITY_LEVEL option of ALTER DATABASE.; Incorrect syntax near ‘PIVOT’. 代表您的SQL Server 版本已不受10.4.343支援，例如: SQL Server 2005

執行以下步驟 :

1. 準備原管理中心備份檔案。

2.刪除目前管理伺服器

3.刪除SQL Server (該步驟取決SQL 是否單獨給KSC 使用，若有提供其他服務，請忽略)

4.安裝KSC，安裝過程選擇重新安裝SQL Server (預設10.4.343 提供SQL Server 2014-SP1 版本)

5.安裝完畢後，再將步驟1 備份還原即可。
