不行的，因COEM的授權是隨機版軟體，隨機版軟體「機權合一」，也就是說授權是永遠跟隨著原始電腦的，如果原電腦已經淘汰，機上的隨機版軟體授權也隨之終止，並不能轉移安裝到別台電腦上。
