若是在企業內自行建置 SharePoint Server 2016，必須要有以下軟硬體：

伺服器硬體

Windows server作業系統授權

Windows server CAL 授權

SQL server 授權

SQL server CAL 授權

SharePoint Server 2016授權

SharePoint Server 2016 CAL 授權 (Standard CAL 或Standard CAL+Enterprise CAL )

需要會建置與設定的人，或委外進行建置與設定

HA 自行處理

您也可以購買 SharePoint Online ( Plan 1 或 Plan 2 ) 或是 Office 365 Business ，如此您可以直接使用 SharePoint，毋須自行建構與採購授權
